Solid has a built-in transaction monitoring system affectionately known as "Watchdog." This enables programs to set rules based on transaction type and amounts, and the Solid platform will automatically Decline or Send to Review based on the rules.
You can view your Watchdog rules in the Solid Dashboard > Settings > Watchdog.
At the present time, only Solid admins can create and edit rules, but your customer success manager can assist you with setting it up. It's pretty simple for us to create a rule:
- Give the rule a label
- Choose the payment type for the rule
- Set the amount for the rule
- Set the criteria for the amount (<, >, =, <=, >=)
- Choose whether to Decline or Review transactions meeting the criteria
