In some cases, it may be necessary to request an Identity Verification (IDV) for a person to complete their KYC or approve them for banking services that are of higher risk (eg. debit pull). You can request an IDV directly from the Solid Dashboard, or retrieve an existing inquiry to send the link to the user. Note that this requires Operational Permissions.
- In the Dashboard, locate the Person via searching or browsing the Person list
- Hover over the person in the list and click the Details button
- Under the Documents section, click Request an IDV
- Click Copy link and send the link to the user
If an active IDV inquiry is already available, it will be retrieved. If no active IDV inquiry is available, a new one will be created for you.
