The Help menu in the Dashboard's navigation bar has the following sections:
- Help Desk - this is where you can submit tickets to our help desk (by clicking the New Ticket button), and our support staff will answer as soon as possible. You can browse existing tickets by status using the tabs, apply filters, and you can export the list of tickets in view.
- Help Center - this is where you can search or browse for helpful articles, just like the one you are reading now.
