What do you do if your card is lost or stolen? Good question. It's pretty simple actually.
- Log into the app on your mobile device or web browser.
- Navigate to the Cards section and identify the card by the card label or last 4 digits of the card number, and tap/click to view that card.
- If you think you just misplaced the card and will likely find it, you can just toggle the Freeze Card switch. This will freeze all transactions on the card, and you can just come back and Unfreeze the card when you find it.
- If you think the card is permanently lost or stolen, hit the Cancel Card button. This will permanently cancel the card and prevent any further transactions.
- If you want a replacement card, just create a new one.
