Ordering a Card

There are a couple ways to get a card:

1. When you first create a new account, you will be asked if you want to Send a Card by Mail. If you switch that on, a physical card will be mailed to you within a few business days. Estimated delivery will be displayed in the app.


2. From the Cards screen (or the Cards section of the Home screen) you can tap the Add a Card button to create a new card. 


After you tap Add a Card, you will select the card type. Virtual cards can be used for online purchases or put in your digital wallet (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc), and Physical cards are the kind you put in your real wallet. 


Next you will enter a label to help you identify the card in your app and notifications. You will also set spending limit options.


Then you will need to enter your billing address that may be verified when making purchases. If you are creating a Physical card, you will need to enter a mailing address as well, or hit the switch to confirm that both mailing and billing address are the same.


After that, your card will be created. If it's a Virtual card, it's ready to use right away and you will find it in the app. If it's a Physical card, it will be mailed to you in a few business days. Once you receive it, you will need to go into the app to activate it.
