Disputing a Transaction

If you need to dispute a transaction, or just have a question about one, get in touch with us. You can contact us in the app:

  1. Log into the app on your mobile device or web browser.
  2. Select the transaction that you have an issue with.
  3. Hit the Report a Problem button. A new email draft will be created in your default email client.
  4. Let us know that you'd like to dispute the transaction, or whatever else you may need help with.
