FinTech Programs are required to:

  • file all customer complaints about the FinTech Program related to Banking, Payment, and Card services offered via the Solid FinTech Platform.
  • file all complaints about Solid that have impacted the FinTech Program.

Complaints can be filed in the Solid Help Desk (inside the Dashboard, Help menu), by creating a new ticket and selecting 'Complaint' Type. Please include as much information as you can, so we can get back to you as quickly as possible.
