Monthly Oversight & Monitoring

Programs are required to maintain a monthly record of all complaints and Reg E disputes using the provided tracking templates (linked below and in the attached document). The bank will regularly review this data. You must submit the logs, which include all complaints and Reg E disputes from the previous month, to your Customer Success Manager by the 3rd day of each month, even if they are still unresolved.

Please take a moment to review the attached document that outlines the oversight and monitoring program and includes the tracking templates. For your convenience, here are links to the Complaint Tracking Template and the Reg E Dispute Template for your team to copy, complete, and submit to Solid.
