A bank verification letter is an official document from the bank confirming that an individual holds an account there. These letters are generally used to provide assurance to parties involved in a business transaction to confirm that the bank's customer possesses or has access to the required financial resources.
Your end users may occasionally request a bank verification letter, and Solid has a procedure to supply one if needed.
Fintechs should request such a verification letter by creating a ticket in the Solid Help Desk with the account ID for the account to be verified. The Solid Ops team will process the request and reply back with the completed verification letter, so you can pass it on to the user.
