How to clear your browser cache to fix UI issues with the dashboard

If you are seeing UI issues with the Solid dashboard, these can be resolved by clearing your browser cache and refreshing. Here's how to do that:

Chrome

  1. In the Chrome menu, select Clear browsing data
  2. Select All time in the Time range menu
  3. Check the box next to Cached images and files
  4. Other check boxes should be unchecked
  5. Click the Clear data button
  6. Refresh the Solid dashboard page

Safari

  1. In the Develop menu, select Empty Caches
  2. Refresh the Solid dashboard page

Microsoft Edge

  1. Go to Settings > Privacy > Clear browsing data > Choose what to clear. You can also type "edge://settings/clearbrowserdata" in your address bar to access this function.
  2. Select All time in the Time range menu
  3. Check the box next to Cached images and files
  4. Other check boxes should be unchecked
  5. Click the Clear now button
  6. Refresh the Solid dashboard page
